Elaine McMillan
Paralegal
Elaine joined Strefford Tulips in 1996 and is our longest serving employee working in Louise Johnstone's team as a paralegal. She specialises in all aspects of conveyancing.
In her spare time Elaine runs about after her two children and husband and enjoys time with her extended family.
Tracy McCormack
Paralegal / Office Manageress
Tracy joined Strefford Tulips in 2004 and works full time assisting David Strefford with all aspects of residential conveyancing. Tracy qualified as a Paralegal in 1997 at Strathclyde University and has over 30 years’ experience working in a legal environment.
In her spare time Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, horse riding and catching up with friends.
Siobhan McKinstrie
Paralegal
Siobhan joined the firm in 2007 as a Legal Secretary to Louise Johnstone and has since qualified as a Paralegal in 2016.
In her spare time Siobhan enjoys spending time with family, watching movies and catching up with friends.
Eilish Carlton
Eilish joined Strefford Tulips in May 2024. Working as a Paralegal in Geraldine Darroch’s team, she is relatively new to Conveyancing only obtaining her qualification in May 2023, at the very beginning of her maternity leave. Eilish’s background is in Private Client but is now looking to further her career in Conveyancing.
With two little ones to take care of, Eilish doesn’t have much in the way of spare time, but does enjoy time spent with her husband and children, cooking, baking and going to the gym.
Jodie Hamilton
Jodie joined Strefford Tulips in 2024 as a paralegal, studying at University West Scotland BA Honours Law and due to graduate in November 2024. Jodie plans to further her education to gain her Diploma and qualify as a solicitor in the next coming years.
In her spare time Jodie enjoys traveling and socialising with friends and family.
Lucy McCormack
Lucy began her journey with Strefford Tulips in 2018 as a temporary receptionist. She later transitioned to Lynne McDade’s team, where she achieved her paralegal qualification in 2021. Currently, Lucy is advancing her career by pursuing an LLB in Law at Glasgow Caledonian University, aiming to qualify as a solicitor in the coming years.
Outside of work and studies, Lucy enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Kimberley Lamie
Kimberly joined Strefford Tulips in August 2017 as one of our Office Juniors before moving to Chris Tulips' team as a Legal Secretary in 2020. She then obtained her Paralegal Certificate in February 2023 and now works under our Lynsey Shearer.
In her spare time Kimberly enjoys shopping, going to the cinema and spending time with her daughter, friends and family.
Suzanne Traynor
Suzanne joined Strefford Tulips in 2022 as part of our New Business Team. Suzanne obtained her Paralegal Certificate in early 2025 and now works under Lynne McDade.
In her spare time Suzanne enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends and going on holiday.
Stuart Pettigrew
Stuart qualified as a Paralegal in 2020 and returned to Strefford Tulips in September 2025, rejoining Lynn Pacitti’s team. Stuart has experience in various areas of conveyancing, having been in the legal profession for over 20 years.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, dinners and drinks, and attending concerts.
