Sharlene Wardrope
Senior Associate
Sharlene qualified as a solicitor some 25 years ago. She has occupied positions at both Partner and Managerial levels throughout her career. She joined us in 2021 as a Senior Associate undertaking various managerial responsibilities within the firm.
Out with of office life, Sharlene volunteers at a national animal welfare charity which she describes as both great fun and very rewarding. She additionally enjoys travelling, music and enjoying good food and wine with family and friends.
Allana Turley
Associate Solicitor
Allana Turley joined Strefford Tulips in 2022 as a Solicitor and works under Geraldine Darroch dealing with a mix of residential and new build transactions.
Allana previously worked at another solicitors firm in North Lanarkshire representing clients in a variety of areas of law. Allana completed her LLB Degree with Honours at Stirling University in 2014 and her Diploma in Legal Practice at University of Glasgow in 2015.
In her spare time Allana enjoys socialising with family and friends.
Nicole Newman
Solicitor
Nicole joined Strefford Tulips in April 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor.
Nicole qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024 and now works under Lynsey Shearer dealing with a mix of residential transactions.
Nicole completed her degree at the University of Strathclyde in 2018 and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde in 2019.
In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family & friends and going long walks with her 2-year-old Beagle dog – Bodhi.
Dominic Doherty
Solicitor
Dominic joined Strefford Tulips in June 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025. He works under Lynsey Shearer where he deals with a mix of residential property transactions.
He completed his LLB Degree with Honours in 2022 and his Diploma in Legal Practice in 2023 both at the University of Edinburgh.
In his spare time Dominic enjoys keeping active , going to the gym , playing football and socialising with family and friends.
Audrey Valdeavella
Solicitor
Audrey joined Strefford Tulips in September 2025 as a Solicitor. He works under Lynn Pacitti dealing with a mix of residential and new build transactions.
Audrey graduated with an Honours in Scots law in 2022 and with a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2023 at the University of Strathclyde. Audrey completed his training contract in a Glasgow law firm focusing on residential property, commercial property, private client, and civil litigation matters.
Outside of law, Audrey is involved with Glasgow’s basketball community and is a basketball coach for a local youth team.
Jack Steele
Trainee Solicitor
Jack joined Strefford Tulips in 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor working under Lynn Pacitti. He has predominantly been dealing with residential and new build transactions, aspiring to progress his legal skills.
He aims to eventually become a fully qualified solicitor and has so far achieved both an LLB in Scots Law and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.
In his spare time Jack enjoys playing Golf, watching Formula 1 and telling Dad jokes to his friends and co-workers.
